Welcome to Wuliang AI Open Platform ("Platform"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance and Modifications
1.1 These Terms constitute an agreement between you ("User") and Dieyuyun Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. ("We", "Us") regarding your use of the Wuliang AI Open Platform.
1.2 By clicking to confirm or by actually using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 We reserve the right to revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms will be published on the Platform, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Services
2.1 We provide multi-model AI capability aggregation services, including but not limited to: large language model API access, model management, application management, usage analytics, and billing.
2.2 We may add, modify, or discontinue service features with prior notice on the Platform.
2.3 AI model outputs are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice. Users assume all risks associated with AI-generated content.
2.4 Cross-Border Model Services
Some AI model services on the Platform ("Cross-Border Model Services") are provided through API calls to overseas third-party providers. Before using Cross-Border Model Services, you should understand and agree to the following:
- Cross-Border Data Transfer: Your input content will be transmitted to overseas servers for processing. You must ensure that your input does not violate Chinese data export regulations and does not contain state secrets, important data, or information prohibited from leaving China.
- Service Stability: Cross-Border Model Services depend on international network links and overseas providers' availability. Service disruptions, increased latency, or temporary unavailability may occur due to network fluctuations, policy changes, or provider decisions.
- Legal Jurisdiction: Cross-Border Model Services are governed by the laws of the overseas provider's jurisdiction. Data processing and intellectual property matters may be subject to different legal frameworks than Chinese law.
- Risk Assumption: You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of Cross-Border Model Services to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Compliance Obligations: You must ensure your use of Cross-Border Model Services complies with Chinese laws, including the Data Security Law and Personal Information Protection Law regarding cross-border data transfers.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
3.2 Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
3.3 Each user may register only one account. Accounts may not be transferred, gifted, lent, or sold.
4. User Conduct
4.1 Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform.
4.2 Users must not:
Violate any laws or regulations
Endanger national security
Infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
Distribute false information or malware
Attack or interfere with Platform systems
Develop or deploy illegal AI applications
Engage in unauthorized mass data scraping
4.3 Users must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All Platform content is protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 Content provided by users remains their property. Users grant us a license to process such content for service delivery.
5.3 Intellectual property rights in AI-generated content are subject to applicable laws.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 We use a pay-as-you-go billing model based on actual token usage.
6.2 Users must follow the Recharge Agreement for payment matters.
6.3 We may adjust pricing with prior notice on the Platform.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, system maintenance, or network issues.
7.2 AI model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Users should verify and assume all risks.
7.3 We are not liable for losses caused by user misconduct or account security issues.
8. Termination
8.1 Users may request account deletion at any time.
8.2 We may suspend or terminate service for users who violate these Terms.
8.3 We are not obligated to retain user data after termination.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
9.2 Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or litigation in our jurisdiction.
