Recharge Agreement

1. Overview

1.1 Account balance is a virtual credit used to pay for API usage on the Platform.

1.2 Account balance does not earn interest and is non-transferable.

3.1 Pay-as-you-go model based on actual token usage.

3.2 Pricing is published on the Pricing page.

3.3 API access may be restricted when balance is insufficient.

4.1 Account balance is generally non-refundable.

4.2 Refunds are available for billing errors caused by platform issues.

4.3 Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7-15 business days.

Electronic invoices are available upon request through the billing management page.

Promotional credits have expiration dates and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
