Audit Logs

Overview

Audit Logs provide a comprehensive, tamper-proof record of every significant action performed on the Wuliang AI Open Platform. By capturing detailed before-and-after snapshots alongside operator context (IP address, user agent, and timestamp), audit logs enable administrators to trace changes, investigate incidents, and maintain compliance with internal security policies.

The platform audits 18+ distinct action types, covering application management, API key lifecycle, enterprise operations, member management, and billing events. All records are read-only and cannot be modified or deleted.

Prerequisites

  • You must be logged in to the Wuliang AI Open Platform console.
  • Your account must have the appropriate role permissions to access the Security Audit module.

Viewing Audit Logs

Step 1: Navigate to Operation Logs

In the left sidebar, expand Security Audit and click Operation Logs.

Navigate to Security Audit > Operation Logs in the sidebar

The audit log page loads with a paginated table displaying the most recent operations.

Step 2: Filter Logs

The detail drawer contains the following information:

  • IP Address - The originating IP address of the request.
  • User Agent - The browser or client used to perform the action.
  • Timestamp - The precise date and time of the operation.
