Overview

Creating a Wuliang AI Open Platform account is the first step to accessing AI models and building intelligent applications. The platform supports two registration methods: email and phone number.

During registration, you will need to:

• Provide a valid email address or phone number
• Complete a slider CAPTCHA verification
• Enter a 6-digit verification code sent to your email or phone
• Set a secure password (minimum 8 characters)
• Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

After successful registration, you will be automatically logged in and redirected to the console.

Prerequisites

• A valid email address or phone number that can receive verification codes
• A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

Steps

1. Visit the Sign Up page

Navigate to the Wuliang AI Console or click Create Account on the login page.

2. Enter your email or phone number

In the Email / Phone field, enter your email address (e.g. user@example.com) or phone number. The platform automatically detects the input format:

• If the input contains @, it is treated as an email address
• If the input matches a phone number pattern (e.g. 13812345678), it is treated as a phone number

3. Complete the slider CAPTCHA

Before a verification code can be sent, you must pass a slider puzzle CAPTCHA to confirm you are not a robot.

1. Click the Send Code button next to the verification code field
2. A slider puzzle dialog will appear
3. Drag the puzzle piece to the correct position to complete the verification

Once you have passed the CAPTCHA for the current session, you will not need to repeat it for subsequent code requests during the same session.

4. Receive and enter the verification code

A 6-digit verification code will be sent to the email address or phone number you provided.

• Email: Check your inbox (and spam folder if necessary)
• Phone: Check your SMS messages

Enter the 6-digit code in the Verification Code field. If you do not receive the code, you can request a new one after the 60-second countdown expires.

5. Set your password

Enter a password that meets the following requirements:

• Minimum 8 characters
• The platform displays a password strength indicator to help you choose a strong password

Confirm your password by entering it again in the Confirm Password field. Both entries must match exactly.

6. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Check the box to indicate that you have read and agree to the following documents:

• Terms of Service
• Privacy Policy

Click the links to review each document before agreeing.

7. Submit your registration

Click the Sign Up button to complete your registration. Upon success:

1. Your account is created immediately
2. You are automatically logged in with your new credentials
3. You are redirected to the console dashboard (or to the invitation page if you used an invite link)

Notes

• Invite token flow: If you registered through an enterprise invitation link, you will see a notice at the top of the registration page indicating the enterprise you will join. After registration, you will be automatically added to that enterprise.
• Email/phone uniqueness: Each email address and phone number can only be registered once. If the identifier is already taken, an error message will be displayed.
• Verification code validity: Verification codes expire after a certain period. If your code has expired, request a new one.
• Auto-login after registration: You do not need to manually log in after signing up. The system authenticates you automatically.
