Log In
Overview
The Wuliang AI Open Platform supports two login methods:
- Password login: Authenticate using your email or phone number combined with your password
- Verification code login: Authenticate using your email or phone number combined with a one-time verification code (sent via email or SMS)
The platform automatically detects whether you are entering an email address or a phone number based on the input format.
Prerequisites
- A registered Wuliang AI account. If you do not have one, see Sign Up
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
Steps (Password Login)
1. Visit the Login page
Navigate to the Wuliang AI Console login page.
2. Select the Password login tab
On the login page, click the Password Login tab at the top of the form. This is the default login mode.
3. Enter your email or phone number
In the Email / Phone field, enter the email address or phone number you used during registration. The platform automatically detects the type:
- If the input contains
@, it is treated as an email address - If the input matches a phone number pattern, it is treated as a phone number
4. Enter your password
Type your account password in the Password field.
5. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Check the box confirming that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can click the links to review the documents.
6. Complete the slider CAPTCHA and submit
Before your credentials are submitted, a slider CAPTCHA dialog may appear for security verification. Drag the puzzle piece to the correct position. After the CAPTCHA is verified, your login request will be processed automatically.
Upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to the console dashboard.
Steps (Verification Code Login)
1. Visit the Login page
Navigate to the Wuliang AI Console login page.
2. Select the Verification Code login tab
Click the Verification Code Login tab at the top of the form.
3. Enter your email or phone number
Enter your registered email address or phone number in the Email / Phone field.
4. Send and enter the verification code
- Click the Send Code button
- If this is your first request in the current session, a slider CAPTCHA dialog will appear. Complete it to proceed
- A 6-digit code will be sent to your email or phone
- Enter the code in the verification code field
If you do not receive the code, wait for the 60-second countdown to expire before requesting again.
5. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Check the agreement checkbox to confirm your acceptance of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
6. Submit
Click the Log In button. Upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to the console dashboard.
Notes
- CAPTCHA session caching: Once you pass the slider CAPTCHA, it remains valid for the current session. You will not need to repeat it for subsequent operations (such as resending a code) during the same session.
- Redirect behavior: If you were redirected to the login page from a protected resource, you will be sent back to that resource after logging in.
- Forgot password: If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login page or visit Reset Password.
- No account yet: Click Create Account on the login page to go to the registration page.
