Apply for Invoice

The Invoice page allows you to request official invoices for your transactions on the Wuliang AI Open Platform. You can view your invoiceable amount, submit invoice applications, and track the status of your requests.

Overview

The Invoice page provides:

  • A summary of your invoiceable and already-invoiced amounts.
  • A form to submit new invoice applications.
  • A list of all invoice requests with status tracking.

Prerequisites

  • You must have at least one Invoice Header configured before applying for an invoice. See Invoice Headers for setup instructions.
  • You must have completed transactions (recharges) that have not yet been invoiced.

Access the Invoice Page

  1. Log in to the Wuliang AI Open Platform console.

  2. In the left sidebar, click Finance to expand the menu.

  3. Select Invoice.

Check Your Invoice Amount Summary

At the top of the Invoice page, you will see a summary card displaying:

  • Invoiceable Amount — The total amount available for invoicing (from completed recharges that have not yet been invoiced).
  • Invoiced Amount — The cumulative total of all invoices that have been issued.

Apply for an Invoice

Open the Invoice Application Form

  1. Click the Apply for Invoice button on the Invoice page.

Fill in the Invoice Details

  1. Select an Invoice Header — Choose from your saved invoice headers. If none are available, you will be prompted to create one first.

  1. Enter the Invoice Amount — Specify the amount you wish to invoice. This cannot exceed your available invoiceable amount.

  1. Enter the Receiving Email — Provide the email address where the invoice will be sent once it is issued.

  1. Add Remarks (optional) — Include any notes or special instructions for the finance team.

  1. Review all the information and click Submit to send the invoice request.

Track Invoice Status

View the Invoice List

The invoice list displays all your submitted invoice requests. Each row shows:

  • Invoice number
  • Invoice header name
  • Amount
  • Status
  • Application date
  • Issue date (if issued)

Filter by Status

Use the status filter to narrow down the list:

PendingThe request has been submitted and is awaiting review.
ApprovedThe request has been approved and is being processed.
IssuedThe invoice has been issued and sent to the provided email.
RejectedThe request was rejected. Check remarks for the reason.

Use the date range picker to display only invoices submitted within a specific period.

Download Issued Invoices

Once an invoice has been issued:

  1. Find the invoice in the list with the Issued status.

  2. Click the Download button in the actions column.

  3. The invoice file (typically PDF format) will be saved to your device.

Notes

  • Invoice requests are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
  • The invoice amount cannot exceed the available invoiceable amount.
  • Only recharge transactions are eligible for invoicing. Consumption deductions are not invoiceable.
  • If your request is rejected, review the remarks and resubmit with the correct information.
  • Invoice headers can be managed on the Invoice Headers page.
