Top Up

The Top Up page lets you add funds to your account to pay for API usage. You can choose from preset amounts or enter a custom value, and complete the payment via bank transfer.

Overview

The Top Up page has three tabs:

  • Overview — View your current balance and initiate a top-up.
  • Top Up Orders — Track and manage your recharge orders.
  • Account Flows — Review all financial transactions on your account.

Prerequisites

  • You must have a registered account on the Wuliang AI Open Platform.
  • For bank transfer payments, ensure you have access to your bank's transfer service.

Access the Top Up Page

  1. Log in to the Wuliang AI Open Platform console.

  2. In the left sidebar, click Finance to expand the menu.

  3. Select Top Up.

View Your Balance

The Overview tab displays a balance card at the top showing your current available funds. This updates in real time after a successful top-up.

Select a Top-Up Amount

  1. In the top-up form, choose a preset amount by clicking one of the buttons: 50, 100, 500, or 1000 (amounts are in CNY).

  2. Alternatively, select Custom and enter the desired amount manually.

Complete the Bank Transfer

  1. After selecting an amount, confirm the payment channel is set to Bank Transfer.

  2. The page will display the company's bank account information, including:

    • Bank name
    • Account name
    • Account number

  1. Open your bank's transfer service (online banking, mobile app, or in-person at a branch).

  2. Enter the displayed company bank details as the recipient.

  3. In the Remitter Name field on the platform, enter the name of the person or entity sending the transfer.

  4. In the Bank Name field, enter the name of your bank.

  5. Optionally, add Remarks to help identify the transaction.

  1. Review the Recharge Agreement and check the box to agree to the terms.

  1. Click Submit to create the top-up order.

  1. Complete the bank transfer using the information shown. Once the platform verifies the transfer, your balance will be updated.

Manage Top Up Orders

View Orders

  1. On the Top Up page, click the Top Up Orders tab.

  2. The list displays all your recharge orders, sorted by creation date (newest first).

  1. Use pagination controls at the bottom to browse older orders.

Cancel a Pending Order

If you have a top-up order that is still pending and you no longer wish to proceed:

  1. Find the pending order in the list.

  2. Click the Cancel button in the actions column.

  3. Confirm the cancellation in the dialog that appears.

Note: Only orders in "Pending" status can be cancelled. Orders that are already being processed or completed cannot be cancelled.

View Account Flows

Access Account Flows

  1. On the Top Up page, click the Account Flows tab.

  2. The list shows all financial transactions associated with your account.

Filter by Transaction Type

Use the type filter dropdown to narrow down the list:

  • All — Show every transaction.
  • Recharge — Deposits and top-ups.
  • Consume — API usage deductions.
  • Refund — Refunded amounts.

Notes

  • Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process and verify.
  • Ensure the remitter name matches the name used in your platform profile to speed up verification.
  • If your top-up has not been credited after 3 business days, contact support with your transfer receipt.
  • The minimum top-up amount via bank transfer is 50 CNY.
