Member Management
Overview
The Member Management page provides a centralized view of all members in your enterprise. From here, enterprise administrators can view member details, change member roles, and remove members who no longer need access.
Prerequisites
- Your account must be enterprise-certified.
- You must have the super_admin or dev_admin role to manage members.
Steps
1. Navigate to the Members Page
From the left sidebar, go to Enterprise > Members.
If you are on a personal tenant, the members page displays an empty state with a message indicating that member management is only available for enterprise tenants.
2. View the Member List
For an enterprise tenant, the page displays a table of all current members with the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The member's display name. |
| The member's registered email address. | |
| Role | The member's current role within the enterprise. |
| Join Date | The date the member joined the enterprise. |
3. Change a Member's Role
To change a member's role:
Locate the member in the table.
Click the role dropdown or the "Change Role" action button in the member's row.
Select the new role from the available options:
- super_admin — Full access to all enterprise features.
- finance_admin — Manages billing, recharges, and invoices.
- dev_admin — Manages applications, API keys, and views logs.
- member — Basic access to assigned resources.
Confirm the role change in the confirmation dialog.
4. Remove a Member
To remove a member from the enterprise:
Locate the member in the table.
Click the "Remove" action button in the member's row.
Confirm the removal in the confirmation dialog.
Note: The super admin cannot be removed. To remove the current super admin, you must first transfer super admin privileges to another member.
5. Leave the Enterprise (Non-Super-Admins)
If you are not the super admin and wish to leave the enterprise:
On the Members page, click the "Leave Enterprise" button.
Confirm that you want to leave in the confirmation dialog.
Warning: Leaving the enterprise means you will lose access to all enterprise resources, shared API keys, and billing history.
Notes
- Only the super admin can remove other members or change roles.
- A member who is removed will immediately lose access to enterprise resources.
- If you are the super admin and want to leave, you must first transfer super admin privileges or dissolve the enterprise.
- The member list refreshes automatically after any change.
