Change Password ​

Overview ​

You can change your Wuliang AI account password at any time from the console. This is useful when you want to update your password for security reasons or after a period of time. The change password form requires you to enter your current password and then specify a new one.

Prerequisites ​

  • You must be logged in to the Wuliang AI console
  • You must know your current password

If you have forgotten your current password, use the Reset Password flow instead.

Steps ​

1. Navigate to Account Settings ​

  1. Click your avatar or username in the top-right corner of the console
  2. Select Personal Center from the dropdown menu
  3. In the Personal Center, navigate to Account Settings > Security

2. Locate the Change Password section ​

On the Security settings page, find the Account Password section. This section displays your current password strength. Click the Change or Modify button to open the password change form.

3. Enter your old password ​

In the Old Password field, enter the password you currently use to log in. This confirms that you are the account owner.

4. Enter your new password ​

In the New Password field, enter a new password that meets the following requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • A password strength indicator is displayed to help you choose a strong password

5. Confirm your new password ​

In the Confirm Password field, enter the new password again. Both entries must match exactly. If they do not match, an error message will be displayed.

6. Submit the change ​

Click the Submit or Confirm button to save your new password. A success confirmation message will appear.

Notes ​

  • Password strength: The platform evaluates your new password strength in real time. We recommend using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Password mismatch: If the new password and confirmation password do not match, you will see an error message and the form will not be submitted.
  • Immediate effect: The new password takes effect immediately. You will need to use it the next time you log in.
  • Forgot your current password: If you cannot remember your current password, use the Reset Password page instead, which verifies your identity through email or SMS.
