Enterprise Certification
Overview
Enterprise certification unlocks the full suite of team management and collaboration features on the Wuliang AI Open Platform. After completing certification, your organization gains access to member management, role-based access control, shared billing, and other enterprise-grade capabilities.
Once certified, you can invite team members, assign roles, manage shared API keys, and consolidate billing under a single enterprise account.
Prerequisites
- A registered Wuliang AI Open Platform account
- A valid business license for your organization
Steps
1. Navigate to the Certification Page
From the left sidebar, go to Enterprise > Certification.
The page displays your current certification status. If you have not yet applied, you will see the application form.
2. Fill in Enterprise Information
Complete the certification application form with the following fields:
- Enterprise Name — The official registered name of your organization.
- Contact Name — The name of the primary contact person for this application.
- Phone Number — A reachable phone number for verification purposes.
- Email Address — A business email address for correspondence.
- Business License — Upload a scanned copy or photo of your valid business license. Accepted formats include JPG, PNG, and PDF.
- Remarks (optional) — Any additional information you would like to include with your application.
3. Submit the Application
After filling in all required fields, click Submit to send your application for review.
Once submitted, your certification status changes to Under Review.
4. Wait for Review
The platform team will review your application. During this period, the certification page displays a "Under Review" status indicator.
You will be notified by email once the review is complete.
5. View the Result
After the review is complete, the result will be one of the following:
Approved — Your enterprise is now certified. The certification page displays your enterprise details, including the enterprise name, contact information, and certification date.
Rejected — The certification page shows the rejection reason. You can click "Re-apply" to correct the information and submit a new application.

Notes
- The review process typically takes 1-3 business days.
- Ensure your business license is clear, legible, and valid.
- The enterprise name must match the name on the business license exactly.
- If your application is rejected, review the reason carefully before re-applying.
- Only one enterprise certification is allowed per account.
