Data Export

The Data Export page lets you generate and download export files for your billing records, fee details, and recharge history. Exports are processed asynchronously, so you can continue using the platform while files are being generated.

From the Data Export page you can:

  • View a list of all export tasks and their current status.
  • Filter exports by type, status, and date range.
  • Download completed export files.
  • Retry failed export tasks.

Prerequisites

  • At least one export task must have been initiated from the Bills or Top Up pages before the export list is populated.

  1. Log in to the Wuliang AI Open Platform console.

  2. In the left sidebar, click Finance to expand the menu.

Auto-Refresh While Processing

When there are export tasks in the Processing state, the page automatically refreshes at regular intervals to check for status updates. You do not need to manually refresh the page.

  1. While a task is processing, you will see a progress indicator or a rotating refresh icon.

  2. Once the task completes, the status badge will update to Completed and the Download button will become available.

  1. After clicking Export, you will be redirected to the Export Records page where you can track the new task.

Notes

  • Large date ranges or high-volume accounts may result in longer processing times.
  • There may be a limit on the number of concurrent export tasks. If you reach the limit, wait for an existing task to complete before initiating a new one.
  • Export files contain sensitive financial data. Store them securely and avoid sharing them with unauthorized parties.
  • If an export consistently fails, try narrowing the date range to reduce the data volume.
  • Bills & Details — View monthly bills and detailed fee breakdowns.
  • Top Up — Add funds to your account and view recharge records.
  • Finance Overview — Monitor your balance and spending trends.
