Data Export
The Data Export page lets you generate and download export files for your billing records, fee details, and recharge history. Exports are processed asynchronously, so you can continue using the platform while files are being generated.
Overview
From the Data Export page you can:
- View a list of all export tasks and their current status.
- Filter exports by type, status, and date range.
- Download completed export files.
- Retry failed export tasks.
Prerequisites
- At least one export task must have been initiated from the Bills or Top Up pages before the export list is populated.
Access the Data Export Page
Log in to the Wuliang AI Open Platform console.
In the left sidebar, click Finance to expand the menu.
Select Export Records.
View Export Tasks
The export list displays all your export tasks. Each row shows:
- Export Type — The category of data exported (Monthly Bills, Fee Details, or Recharge Details).
- Status — The current processing state of the export.
- Date Range — The time period covered by the export.
- Created At — When the export task was initiated.
- Completed At — When the export finished processing (if applicable).
- Actions — Download or retry buttons.
Filter Export Tasks
Filter by Export Type
- Use the Export Type dropdown to select a specific category:
- Monthly Bills — Aggregated monthly billing summaries.
- Fee Details — Per-call consumption records.
- Recharge Details — Top-up and recharge transaction records.
Filter by Status
- Use the Status dropdown to narrow results:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Processing | The export file is being generated. |
| Completed | The export is ready for download. |
| Failed | An error occurred during generation. You can retry the task. |
Filter by Date Range
- Use the Date Range picker to display only exports initiated within a specific period.
Download a Completed Export
Find the export task with the Completed status in the list.
Click the Download button in the actions column.
The file will be saved to your device. Export files are typically in CSV or Excel format.
Note: Export files are available for download for a limited time (typically 30 days). After that, they are automatically removed from the server.
Retry a Failed Export
If an export task fails due to a server error or data issue:
Find the failed export task in the list (marked with Failed status).
Click the Retry button in the actions column.
The system will attempt to regenerate the export file.
- The status will change to Processing and the page will auto-refresh to reflect the updated state.
Auto-Refresh While Processing
When there are export tasks in the Processing state, the page automatically refreshes at regular intervals to check for status updates. You do not need to manually refresh the page.
While a task is processing, you will see a progress indicator or a rotating refresh icon.
Once the task completes, the status badge will update to Completed and the Download button will become available.
- You can also manually refresh the page at any time to check the latest status.
Initiate a New Export
Export tasks are initiated from other Finance pages:
- Monthly Bills Export — Go to Bills & Details, set your filters on the Monthly Bills tab, and click Export.
- Fee Details Export — Go to Bills & Details, set your filters on the Fee Details tab, and click Export.
- After clicking Export, you will be redirected to the Export Records page where you can track the new task.
Notes
- Large date ranges or high-volume accounts may result in longer processing times.
- There may be a limit on the number of concurrent export tasks. If you reach the limit, wait for an existing task to complete before initiating a new one.
- Export files contain sensitive financial data. Store them securely and avoid sharing them with unauthorized parties.
- If an export consistently fails, try narrowing the date range to reduce the data volume.
